I know this is pointless but I'm bored. I see alot of draft boards got him slipping out of the 1st because of his 40 time. Would he be considered if hes there when we pick in the 2nd.

I don't see the Titans using a second-rounder on him just because I think LaBoy and Odom are ready to enter their prime seasons and they put a lot of money into KVB. Then you have Schobel who hasn't shown much so far but may be ready to make a move.

We should be more flexable this draft. (correct me if I'm wrong) We can, for the most part select by a players value and not position. DE isn't really a huge need but wouldn't he be too good to pass up?

If Reese loves the guy and thinks he's the next Freak, sure. But you have to consider that it means you can't address other needs until the fourth since the Titans don't have a third.

The way this draft is shaping up, there are a ton of LBs and DBs projected to go in the late first. You can bet one of them will slide on down (as may a RB) and the Titans will look to take BPA as long as it is a position of some need in the second.

I just don't see DE as one of those positions. To take Hali would be giving up on LaBoy and Odom who were both second-rounders as well.
