There was just something I just didn't trust in Fitzpatrick today. I have no confidence in his throws at all. I'm not sure whether it's his body language, that it looks like he is 5 "5' inside the pocket, or that he loses a lot of zip the further he back pedals.

I don't know what it is, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and now I really hate Wilkerson and Coples more and more.

As bad as I want to blame this on #4 I just can't. Loggains' playcalling is f***ing horrible. CJ's TD was a broken play that was improvised on the fly. Fitz' TD run also was a result of a broken play. Our OL is our weakest link on this whole team. Fitz did force it on both of those INTs but we should have totally put the game away well before that. Once we got the lead we were in position to put them away and failed pathetically.

it seems like every time he throws it is going towards the ground and the wide out needs to go down to get it leaving no room for the wr to get YAC. frustrating

I'm not backing away from what I've said, Fitzpatrick played better than Locker has all season with the exception of 1 half of last week.

The guy has turned the ball over more than any other QB since 2010. He's looked horrible so far; and it's not like I was expecting him to look like Peyton Manning, but I did not expect the inaccuracy and lack of arm strength to this level. Maybe it will improve in the coming weeks.....actually, it will have to if we want to stand a chance of getting a win with him starting at Seattle and agains San Fransisco.

I do think this leads some credence to the idea of signing Freeman....

I mean, what's the worst that can happen? Rusty beats out Freeman for the backup and Bud is out some money, oh noes!

But I think Fitz was ok today, his mobility surprised me. Actually Fitz isn't the reason we lost this game at all. The #1 reason we lost was the zebras.

He looked like hassleback except a little stronger arm. Last year Matt arm was not very strong. We should be 5-0 but we not. Learn and grow . Next week could be ugly.

I hate the Cowboys, but I don't want to hear about the Broncos and an undefeated season every day on ESPN. I really hate games when you just don't want either team to win.

    Oops, wrong thread.

The first five drives were three-and-outs! We gained 20 yards in the first quarter. You can't go an entire half with 0 points and expect to win.

Fitz was awful in the first and a fourth quarters.
