Time to snooze through another under .500 season for the Texans.

Yeah because when I want inside information on the goings of the NFL, I go to some guy named Marc Falleti at Footballguys.com.

I think Schaub is a big upgrade over Carr, and the Offensive Line is not the laughing stock it used to be. The front 7 on Defense is definitey on the improve.

The two biggest question marks for the Texans have to be at RB and S. Ahman Green is by no means a sure thing and if he doesn't pan out (or gets injured again) are you really comfortable throwing Ro Dayne in there?

I can see them being a surprise team and having a winning record, but to do so, the running game has to be dominant and that is a longshot in my view.

    Sleeper pick or coma patient?

I'm a Shaub doubter and he's never produced in the NFL. Their OLine is still terrible. Ahman Green isn't particularly great. They still have just 1 weapon on offense (Johnson).

The defense is better on paper, but they still need the DLine to show up. They added yet another DLineman in the 1st round (for the 4th straight season), but so far they have nothing to show for any of them. The LB corps and secondary remain basically unchanged.

I'm not sold on Billy Vo... err... Matt Schaub either, but you gotta admit a good point. If Schaub turns out to be the real deal holyfield and Vick is gone, Falcons fans are gonna pull a Sherman on the Georgia Dome.
