he is a great coach in the right system and with the right players. He is use to coaching teams like the 99 SB Titans, Eddie George pound out the ball and McNair tough as nails and Whycheck could catch anything. Fisher cannot adjust to players with different skills. Fisher doesnt like soft QB like VY, he cannot control players like Finny. He cant figure out how to use CJ's talent when the Oline isnt as good as last year.

We need a coach who can straighten these guys out and draws up a playbook to make use of their talents. Fisher still uses the old Oilers playbook.
