Right after the Title game I thought it looked pretty good for Young to be sitting there at number 3, Texans would surely take Bush, Saints take Lienart, then we take Young let him learn a year or so and off we go. But I have been trolling the Texans sites and media and they may have a revolution on their hands if they don't take Young. I never even entertained the idea that Bush could be sitting there at 3 until a couple of days ago. It begs the question of would we take him, I hope so, I think he would be an ideal addition to this offense and Chow should get the most out of him right away.

    I agree

as long as Reese does not trade out of the third slot either Young, Linehart or Bush would be a be a huge addition.

Of course Bush could rain on our parade by electing to stay in school. It's funny a month ago I would have been happy with Ferguson, Hawk or quite a few of the other prospects in the top ten. Now I won't be satisfied unless we get one of the big three. Bush staying in school makes the "big three" a "big two' and we're left out in the cold. Hopefully this is a non-issue.

He's coming out. No way he stays behind. VERY hard for his stock to be this high w/ new QB at USC.

New QB means running the ball more, no LenDale White to share carries with.

Not out of the realms of possibility, but I think he will go pro.

yeah buddy , Bush staying put will throw a serious monkey wrench in our plans. if he does, we most likely go to PLAN B

which is to trade back and pick Cutler :brow: or maybe LenDale White

I wouldn't be disappointed at all to trade back even if Leinart's available. I'd like to get Hawk or Ferg but I'm not sure Cutler is worth our first round pick.

I think Darrell Hackney (UAB) is a value QB pick in the 3rd or round.

    What's a cowpoke to do?

Then there is the "Carr factor".
Doesn't that pretty much hog tie the cows?
...so they take Bush and possibly shop Davis?
They could trade Davis and a 2nd for a shot at The Brick.
On draft day they could almost be set.:suspect:

They would be fools to select Young.
He is not what they need at this time.

Maybe they should highjack Lienhart ...:suspect:
sell for a randsom...New Orleans/San Angelos might go for Bush...
That still leaves Young for us...

Still, they could arrange a trade for Bush during the draft, can't they?
They don't need a QB or RB.
RB is the smart move but the Cow fans want the local boy.

well, Cutler is worth somebody's 1st round pick
he'll be the Roethlesberger of this draft
    not meaning that he'll drop
but that he won't be the 1st or second QB picked, but he'll be a winner 1st
