I'm still in football mode, but this year should be lots of fun to be a NBA fan. Shortened season means guys might actually play all 48 minutes. Go Grizzlies and Knicks! I feel weird that I cheer for 2 NBA teams, but it's ok since they're not both in the same conference. It also keeps me calm cause one of those 2 teams will suck at some point then decide to pick it up in the spring.

 

Everybody knows the Heat will choke at the end thanks to lebron or Dwade getting injured.

 

The conversation I had today with a coworker:

Him: [after some football talk about how Peyton Manning should win MVP this year too] "At least they finally won a game... who crapped their pants?"
Me: [sigh] "It was actually the Titans..."
Him: "Weren't you telling me about how they're gonna make the playoffs last week?"
Me: [sigh] "Yeah... about that..."

 

i live in indiana so it seems like 95% of the people around here are colts fans so obviously ive been dishing it out all season and then had to take some this week but i got the last shot in with "if that win contributes to you not getting your savior Andrew Luck then i'm going to be the one laughing". Lets just say that shut him up haha

 

I'm actually really pulling for Indy tonight.

 

That game last night was 10x better than I ever expected.

LJ only averaged 2 fourth quarter points more than I did

 

I live in Ky, and most of the Bungle fans have been silent since they still looked like hot steaming crap against St. Louis.
