    Why did his contract force him out???

    McFadden got 2yrs/10mil.

    I don't remember why exactly. I just remember reading something about him on NFL.com which claimed that the language of his contract would suggest he would be a free agent at the end of the 2008-2009 season. I wouldn't doubt the Lions trying to re-sign him if he doesn't sign elsewhere soon.

    I think Bodden could be a great addtion to the Titans.. I believe he would bring more productivity than Jarret Bush from Green Bay. He had a great college career with Duquesne (posted multiple records), made the Browns as an undrafted free agent, then earned a starting spot at CB and a 4-year contract extension.. The only negative about him is that he has been plagued by injuries.. I still say sign him!

    Bummer...Would have been a great addition to our team.

    What i don't get is why he would settle for a 1-year deal. He must have had other suitors then the Patriots.
