in this wacky NFL, any time you can manage a win, it's a positive. Look at teams like the Cowboys with all that talent but can't find a way to win.

I watched part of that slugfest yesterday and your D looks solid. Gotta take the positives when you can get em

Haha, got me on that one. I know he got a sack against the Raiders, but he wasn't as disruptive as I was expecting, and he really was taken out against the Steelers, that was my whole point. One of those DTs is going to get singled, whoever it is needs to get off.

They had so many issues with the heat, and we still lost. WTF! We made them wear those black uniforms, and we still lost. WTF! We had Kerry Collins in at QB and we still lost. O wait.... That's why we lost! I hate Kerry Collins, someone please kill that guy!! Kid napping him will do just fine also.

Oy, the guy is a backup QB and he came very close to being a part of a remarkable comeback yesterday.. Would you rather have Simms?

Say what you will (and I am in NO way advocating starting Collins AT ALL but the ball he threw into the endzone to Washington was ON THE MONEY)

Had we won, which we didn't of course, the Steelers would have felt 10 times worse today than we do, for having lost a game after creating 7 turnovers. Of course we go over two or three, we seldom come back no matter what else is going on.

And us getting the onside kick and tying it up AND winning it in ot. Prob woulda felt worse then the Redskins...

MY biggest beef which ive seen alot on here is the offense calling. I understand we are a running team. Mix Ringer in there and create a one two punch and not just wear CJ out. CJ will get his ( 85 Yard TD run yesterday called back by a hold ). Point is CJ did it against the PITTSBURGH STEELERS DEFENSE. Pretty impressive if you ask me. CJ has a big play EVERYGAME. We are set for that playmaker. Now we need one foe passing, why not mix it up and have Young do some trick plays or wildcat. All of tricky plays or plays were theres a mismatch for us eveyr position. CJ is a mismatch himself and so is Young, Why not utilize that? Britt is big and physical, got a TE that can play like a WR. Point is i think we are way to soft on offense. Our D is playing some tough football again. Our pass D isnt as good as the ranks i hope yall know that. ( Raiders, Backups for Pitt. ) While i will say they did solid holding the Steelers down, our run D hasnt looked to impressive. Babin is just a pass rusher not a run blocker.. Our D is alot better then ppl give it credit for and when McGrath comes back i think we'll be better.

I just think we needa be as agressive on offense as we are now on Defense with the playcalling and blitzes. Just imagine wut we could do with Young CJ Cook Britt Washington on the field at the same time with agressive playcalling and trick plays. Prob wont happen but i think its something we sooner or later are gunna have to fix.
