    They aren't committed to him at all. The fifth-year option is only guaranteed for injury. They can release him after this year with no repercussions if he's healthy.

    Chad Henne will start at some point this season.

    I don't doubt Henne will eventually starting but they should have made moves to draft a QB in this year's draft.

    Why? If Bortles is terrible they will have a high pick and be in position to draft a QB in 2018. If he is good then they don't have to use a pick on a QB.

    They picked at #4. If they wanted a QB they could have had one.
