The logic behind wanting a CB in the 1st round

We need a top CB instead of a top FS. Personally, I see Ramsey as a FS but I haven't watched many of his games yet. I much rather sign a top RT, a FS like Gipson and then trade down for Hargreaves.

 

I don't care what position ramsey plays for us, he's the best player in the draft. Why would we not take him? Even playing fs would be a huge instant impact for our team. We do need a top notch #1 corner and I'd be looking that direction starting round 2 if we want jalen playing fs.

 

Like I've been saying.....enough with the projects, potentials, and coveted position players. We need football players and play makers with attitude.

 

Let Ramsey play corner and sign Gibson anyways to play safety. Secondary fixed

 

Based on the film i have been watching Tunsil is the best player in this draft. He completely shuts down good pass rushers. He demoralizes them and they stop trying!

Tunsil potentially improves 3 positions. LT, RT and LG depending on how we play it in free agency.

 

Unless Ramsey is not a dominant CB and eventually has to move to free safety. Can we at least see the finished workout results before we proclaim this guy the best player ever at 3-4 different positions?

I would love to see his cone time. His 40 times were good not other worldly.

 

4.41 is a great time for a corner with his length and 41 inch vertical.

 

I just feel like we can get a guy that can do what Tunsil can in FA. This OL doesn't need to be any younger.
