Youth at the Oline is usually the hardest to overcome. That's why OSU's win in 2014-2015 was unexpected. This year it's starting to show. Of course the deep threat has been absent most of the year for OSU so that puts a lot more pressure on the Oline.

If Hurts can improve his deep ball, he's going to have a really good next couple of years.

And recruit better? Just because a team has the BEST NFL DRAFT EVER FOR A COLLEGE FOOTBALL TEAM doesn't mean they don't recruit well. That actually proves the opposite.
