I imagine he's getting some horrible advice from his agent. Either that or he simply doesn't want to practice, keep his legs fresh. If anyone's wheels deserve some rest, it's his.

Marshall Faulk was a complete running back.

He didn't need a top 5 o-line in the nfl.

CJ would be middle of the pack anywhere else.

In terms of Physical talent he is miles ahead(well for now for a young age) but football smarts CJ is a slug compared to Faulk. Faulk relied on both. Once CJ Loses that physical step (Age or injuries) he won't be anything special.

You do understand CJ is relatively new to the RB position right? You do also know that even when CJ slows down a step or two he'll still be faster than everybody else right?

CJ's production fell off because we ran him like Jerom Bettis thanks to Fisher's dumba*s.

    CJ already broke Faulk's record.

Someone takes things personal. But with CJ in the user handle to be expected.
As CJ gets older his speed decreases and can no longer avoid those few tackles and outrun everyone. Faulk used his knowledge later in his career to still be good. CJ lacks the smarts Faulk did. CJ isn't exactly known for his brain. Yes CJ has had an outstanding career in his first 3 but a RB career can end on one play. Maybe will end as quickly as the Tyler Rose. Maybe CJ will play for 15 years. I was saying if he loses that one thing that gives him the advantage he has nothing. Faulk had 2 things to rely on and when he was losing one in his later years he still had the other to push him as long as he did.

Pretty sure CJtheBeast is actually Chris Johnson. Well, I would be... if he werent typing with decent grammar.

CJ will still be faster than everyone else when he loses a step? He looked sluggish last season, and he definitely wasn't burning people to the sidelines like he did the year before- so if he loses anymore, he'll be average. Count on it.
