Actually it's not a flop, he went down as a "injury" even tho we all know he wasn't hurt.

He could have made the case his leg cramped up or whatever, if you give the refs the power to penalize a player for faking a "injury" it becomes a fine line. Who are they to say whether a player is actually hurt or not.

It happens in the NFL and I don't believe it's a flag, I do believe it's a fine if they have a legitimate case against the player.

Not 100% on the rule book, but as far as I know that was legal. Dirty, but it was legal.

 

In the NFL its 100% illegal to flop, however I have never in my life seen a flag thrown for it, so yea refs aren't qualified to say whos hurt and not, but why make a rule for it?

 

Okay was that considered a flop? I get what you are saying and his action could be considered flopping, but he went down more as if he was injured

When I think of a flop it's selling a hit harder then what it was, he clearly was not hit.


Illegal flop in the NFL completely different than what the BG player did.

 

Flopping does not require a 2nd person to be a flop, when you look like you just got shot its a flop. That man flopped his ass off cause he realized he'd have to play without a shoe.

What I also dont get is why TN did hurry the play to draw an offsides call? That was even worse.
