The play-calling is elementary. Nothing to the middle of the field, ever. It's all button hooks and fades. No attempt to establish a running game.

Look at each team's running game.

Chris Johnson was averaging over 5YPC in the VY years. I'd run the ball 35 times a game with Chris Johnson instead of letting the QB with more turnovers than touchdowns in his career throw the ball 40+ times too.

Garbage. A fast Chris Johnson and a good o-line played a role in CJ's success.

I suppose having a quarterback who is awful will lead to more runs being called, so in a sense Young helped Johnson get carries.
    Scarecrow high fives this.

If you honestly think that having a fast qb that is really good at running does not help a rb out then you my friend are idiotic. Look at alfred morris he would be nothing without rg3

Yes you for maybe the 2nd time have posted a truthful stat, congrats.

Now for the fiftieth time, Jake is not a bad QB, no way you slice it.

I don't care what his percentages were under Palmer, he's no longer employed for a reason.

All you have done it pointed out that Palmer stunk, congrats.

LOL yeah lets get one of those and see what he could do with a offensive line that is worst than most college teams!
