    For the Titans that might not be true.

    Small market, and by the time the Titans came into existence most fans around had a team already.

    Id say what youre saying is absolutely true for the Steelers, Cowboys, Packers, and other franchises with a long history of winning. We're a young fan base with a bad last couple years, whatever out of state fans there were, probably lessened a lot over the years.
