This Off-Season Just Became Pointless...

What really got me going today was Munch's defense of Gray. He made it sound like its a personnel problem and not coaching. Yea we've got no secondary but anyone with one eye and an IQ of 60 could tell its 95% coaching. All Munch had to say was Gray is being evaluated and left it at that, better yet he just could have fired him. Instead all he did was make excuses and use his " we have to get better " line.

Supposedly Munch, Bud and Webster are supposed to meet later in the week. The only thing that'll give me a glimmer of hope that this season won't be another failure is if he cans Loggains and Gray. This team has talent, but man do they look like a pee wee team most of the time.

Take a decent OC like Norv Turner. If he came too Tennessee he would have total control of the O and when MM gets booted too the curb he would look pretty real good as a temp to perm HC

I live about an hour from where the Chargers play, know quite a few of their fans, they all say the same thing. Great OC, not so great HC. I'd love to get Norv on board as an OC but that won't happen. I don't know that I'd trust him as an HC but I agree he'd be an instant upgrade to Munch, then again, so would a turd with a headset on.

I said a week ago that anyone under 100 post should not start a thread. Just my opinion.

The new OC is going to be someone MM knows and someone who doesn't think he's an idiot....So that narrows it down to Doggains and Moore..

I surely hope not. But most likely. Hire from within... The titans path to constant failure.
