Nate's best days are behind him, and Britt has a much higher ceiling if he can stay healthy and out of trouble. I love Nate, but this move could end up helping us. We would have a bit of money and acquire whatever we get in the trade. Even if we pick up something as minuscule has a late draft pick, remember that Finnigan and Mariani were very late picks. Our FO has gotten some great players late in the draft.

If Jennings does not sign in Minny then I think they would be a team willing to give up a draft pick for Washington. Minny has 11 picks in this years draft and a major need at WR. I also think that the Rams could be interested after losing Amendola. Currently they have Givens and Quick as their starting WRs and they are both very young.

Looks to me like the Titans plan is to land young FAs who can grow with the team rather than vets who have had their best days already.

I think Nate Washington is damaged goods.

Props to Ruston for trying to trick some GM into picking up Nate's contract for a draft pick.

And F you Kenny Britt for making us have to look for another WR.

I don't mind shopping everyone on our roster. If someone offers a great deal, go for it! My hope would be for NW to stay but if the right offer comes along that will help up get out of suckville then so be it.

Agreed.Nate got banged up pretty good last season and took a lot of hard hits.He definitely showed his toughness because he didn't miss any games but there were times last season where it would look like he might miss the next game due to some of the things he went through.I don't remember the injury reports but i know he was playing hurt last year.

He has played eight years so this would be his ninth season coming up.I think Ruston must know something we don't.There's a reason Washington is being shopped around.
