Time for a new head coach

    I think we all knew we'd be in this position at the start of the season, and deep down everyone knows that Mularkey just simply isn't a good coach. Never has been. Never will be. His record speaks for itself and his in-game decisions solidify the opinion. Being better than Whisenhunt isn't an accomplishment and shouldn't be enough to save one's job. Can you EVER see Mularkey leading a team to the Super Bowl? Did anyone see us going out and beating the Jags soundly, taking care of business? I saw exactly what happened coming because we've seen it over and over again when it counts.

    And sure, this team has holes and needs talent. However, don't fool yourselves- without opposing teams dropping wide open TD catches (repetitively), we'd be sitting at 6-9 right now.

    Not having a team ready for the hapless Jags is a case of "same ol' same".

    Great running game.

    Great OL.

    Great QB play from MM....

    All to barely win 8 games. That's the ceiling with Mularkey.

    Do it now while the team is young and while Robinson isn't shatting the bed as a GM. (usually a short-life for this success)

    I wouldn't stop at the head coach. I mean, last year we were the worst team in the NFL ... so, the next logical step is Super Bowl. Since we didn't achieve the next logical step, it only makes sense to blow the whole thing up and start over.

    Robinson should go, because his first draft didn't produce a league MVP.

    We can only hope that the doctor recommends amputation for Mariota, that way we can get out from under that garbage of a QB. 2 seasons, 0 Super Bowls, 0 MVPs. Seriously?

    #2 isn't good enough ... cut Murray, without a doubt.

    Honestly, if we can't go from 3-13 to Super Bowl in 1 season, what's the point of even existing at all? Let the Raiders stay in Oakland and move us to Vegas. :D

    I see we've come back to this kick. Aside from it not happening regardless what the fan base feels, AAS won't can him this year.

    If we're playing the suggestions game, tom Coughlin is my first choice as I understand he's looking to come back. I still thin Gruden and Cowher would be great choices IF they're willing to leave the Cush life.

    Still not sold on this whole McDaniels thing. Really don't want JR to spend this solid draft opportunities to build the team back up for him to Tebow us.
