lol. I'm pretty sure 90% of these are complete crap.

Interesting how ESPN knocked Davis for having no speed numbers at the draft, but they have a number all of a sudden.

Big difference between 4.3 and 4.38... But even if it was 4.38, he would've been constantly hyped and possibly taken as high as #2 if the number was true.

I'll add that I'm not sure where they're getting these numbers, but I said the other day that I felt like Davis would run in the 4.3 to 4.4 range. He's got some wheels from what I saw on tape.

I think the team execs knew what he was from a lot of film study, but the talking heads weren't so high on him because they didn't get to gawk at him in shorts.

Also, I'm pretty sure half those vets couldn't touch their numbers now days, but it doesn't matter at all. Game/play speed is way different than track speed.

When the ball is in his hands, he absolutely looks that fast. I've got a feeling that he couldn't unlock his full speed in his routes due to the risk of over running his noodle armed QB, and that's why people doubt the athleticism.

I know it's the MAC, but they would all have to be running 4.8s for him to be able to leave them in the dust so easily if he were a 4.55 guy like Derrick Mason claims. He made Byard look downright slow in the open field, which we know that he isn't.

Where did this 4.38 Davis time come from?

It also says Taywan Taylor ran a 4.5, which is where I think Davis is, no way he's that much faster than Taylor.

I'm telling you guys, Davis played 80% of his games against DBs that ran in the high 4.5s and 4.6s.
