    Projected 4th rounder on many sites, fell to 5th. 6'4 277, 4.7 40 - good size

    Les Miles had just said he was the most under the rear player that would be good pro on LSU team, then gets picked 10 mins later. Stuck behind two top tier guys, true 43 de height weight and decent burst. Good rotational player.

    I had a 3rd round grade on LaVar Edwards… I wouldn't be shocked if he had more sacks than Montgomery and Mingo in his rookie year

    I like it. Not anything special but we needed depth. I'm not super excited about him as a player but 5th round... Sure.
