I read that he was 23 of 26 on converting from 3 yards or less.

to keep being a threat you actually got to convert at a decent rate though instead of that 2.5 ypc or whatever. Should be better though, again the Jets o-line was maybe the worst in the league

I'm gonna hold out judgment on Greene until I see him playing for the Titans. In NY he was expected to be an all around RB, here his sole job will be to get that 1st down. Simplifying a guy's role can help get the best out of him sometimes.

This was such a great move. We really needed that 1-2 punch back. Harper and Ringer just didn't pan out...I'm glad that the FO finally recognized it.

im still for picking up a late round back to compete just in case one of them gets injured and we wont be screwed

So on 1-2 yards needed, he gets 2.7. Fine by me.... don't see the problem.

Quit looking at average yardage. Saw a stat he was 11 for 11 on 3rd and 3 or shorter last year.

You can tell who the CJ jock holders are with this move.

Excellent signing, now we don't have to throw away a pick on a mid-late round power back. I am predicting BPA in almost every round.
