I think the circumstances concerning his death may be an issue.I can see the titans wearing a SM or no. 9, but not the whole league. Also, he was more recently a Raven.
He was great when with the Titans. It would have been something to see had he had better receivers during his prime. I think back to the shared MVP, and think what he had to work with compared to Payton.

    I do.

He was her husband. Yea, he made some mistakes... big ones, but I doubt that would stop her from loving him and wanting him to be remembered for the good guy he was.

I'm not guessing, she's a very quiet and private person. In all of the public memorials, she went out of her way to not be seen on televison or photographed.

Continuously cheating on your wife is not a mistake. Renting a downtown condo as your place to cheat is not a mistake. She loved Steve and is doing everything to minimize his bad choices for the sake of their children.

I would very much enjoy this.

That said, it would be hilarious to see how the refs call penalties in that game

It's official. The Titans will wear #9 decals on their helmets all season. They can't wear a uniform patch (which some teams do following a death) because they are already committed to wearing AFL 50th Anniversary patches and the league won't let a team have two uniform patches.
