After Sunday's showing, I understand it. But werent we dominating this team last time, only to sit on the lead and give it up at the end? Who's to say we dont dominate them again but not let them have it in the end?

Bookmakers opened San Diego 8 ½ or 9 ½-point favorites against Tennessee. Sinisi said he would make the line Chargers -8 if Vince Young were to start against San Diego. Young suffered a quadriceps injury Sunday night in the Titans’ victory against the Colts.

If Kerry Collins were to start, Sinisi would make the Titans +10 ½.

“Collins played well when he filled in for Young against the Colts,” Sinisi said. “But Collins is not mobile. He would be extremely vulnerable to the Chargers’ pass rush.”

The Chargers have gotten healthy on defense the past couple of weeks with Shawne Merriman and Luis Castillo returning. The Chargers have surrendered an average of only 12.5 points in their last six games. San Diego has won and covered its past six games.

“The Chargers are playing at a high level,” Sinisi said. “It looks like they’re peaking.”

Not surprised, but to me, the easy money is on the titans. I'm not confident in the win, but I sure don't see a blowout...

Damn! The Chargers are peaking? We got no chance then. Wasn't the Packers peaking as well until they met the Bears. Seems to me if your up there you just got further to fall on Sunday.;)

What they don't realize is that this is as hot as the Titans have been all year, including wins at Indianapolis and Kansas City. Something no other team may have ever done in the last 20 years.

You have to take that out of the equation. The Bolts beat the Colts who had Manning in all game and beat KC in KC.

Those games should offset for each.

I'm not saying the line is right or wrong. The Bolts could easily lay a turd Sunday. They could go crazy and put it all together tho.
