but he was and he tried to lead an epic comeback. Too bad he can't play defense too.
I have no problem paying CJ for next yr. If we were to cut CJ I bet he would get a salary that would pay him pretty close to what we are paying him for next yr.
What we need is another RB that is a power back the guy that can get you the 3rd and 1 when you need it. The guy to soften up the defense and then hit them with CJ.
But before all of this we need to upgrade the interior OL.
too bad was responsible for half of the 28-2 score at the end of 1Q
this L was totally owned by
it was 21-2 before his first fumble. We didn't score 21 the entire game.
thats what epic means, C.J. aint about that anymore
he's happy riding his little red trike around town
It was already 21-0 before CJ ever fumbled. On his 2nd fumble the Bears got zero points out of it. So if you're going to be honest, CJ was responsible for the TD that made it 28-0 only. We never scored 21 points all game so CJ clearly wasn't the biggest reason for our loss.
I'd like to know what coach this guy was "quoting". Sounds to me like this story was taken way out of context.
There is no doubt that every person on this team, (coaches, players, FO) knows that when Bud Adams speaks out like that no one is safe. So of course they're gonna be scared, but I don't believe for a second that these guys are in a position to take a paying job anywhere after their sh!++y performances this year.
My sources tell me it was Dave Ragone. Makes sense too... Would you rather have an NFL asst coaching job or go back to working as a Radio DJ in one of the smallest sports radio markets in the country?
