    Well it's just that there's overpaying (Vikings signing Berrian) and then there's OVERPAYING (49ers signing Clements).

    But even if we didn't get Berrian, I wouldn't have minded a Jerry Porter or Ernest Wilford who is a nice red zone target which we REALLY need.

    We got Crumpler and J-Mac, who are both pretty good RZ targets. And they didn;t cost a whole bunch. The best RZ weapon is going to be VY running, which we didn't do very much of last year.

    The difference is Clements is actually a top 5-10 Cornerback. Berrian is probably not a top 25 - 30 Wide Receiver.

    Clements isn't even that good. He and DeAngelo Hall are the 2 most overhyped CBs in the league.
