    Like i said having a run game spreads the defense making the pass and run better. stop selective reading

    All i am saying is running the ball good opens the field.

    Stop making things up and brush up on your football terminology.
    Loading the box to prevent the offense from gaining a numerical advantage at the LOS is NOT "spreading the defense."
