Tennessee fielding offers for WR Kenny Britt and open to trading him, per sources. Titans said their not actively shopping him, according to ESPN's Adam Schafter.

I would think the best the Titans would get is a conditional trade. Something along the lines of a 6th-rounder which can go to a 5th if Britt gets XX receptions.

I just don't see the market.

Smart thing to do, this is clearly his year.

It'll have to be a conditional pick. I can't imagine it being more than 7th that changes to a 6th. He's injured. Can't catch. Can't separate from coverage. In the last year of his deal.

I guess someone like New England or Detroit could use him, but those are the only two teams that come to mind.

The other option would be to trade him for another player. Maybe someone else that needs a change of scenery.

Saw this on ESPN earlier. I still don't think anything comes of it. Like most of us have been saying all along, a late round pick is the best we could really hope for at this point. And I think for that kind of price we're better off keeping him for the rest of the year.

From the way all these reports are worded it doesn't sound like we're all that interested in trading him anyway. We're just willing to listen to potential offers.

I'd rather just have the pick to be honest.

    Just thinking out loud...

Unless Britt goes crazy and has some solid games, he's not going to be get that monster deal as a UFA. He'd probably do a one-year somewhere to raise his value then hope for the big deal.

So if he were willing to do a one-year extension as part of the trade, it might open up more suiters. I just don't think he'd get any offers for more than the minimum with a bunch of incentives right now.
