Several of those guys came up through the NFL before becoming college head coaches. Like Pete Carroll who had even been an NFL head coach before college.

Bobby Ross and Jim Harbaugh were nothing special. Harbaugh chose Colin Krapernick over Alex smith. Bobby Ross is the śhit for brains that tried to use Barry Sanders as a power RB and drove Sanders into retirement.

I have been defending the coaches due to trying to keep some stability in this organization, but whatever moron decided to come out in the shotgun at our own 12 yard line with under two minutes to play and start throwing needs to fired real soon. Even Fisher, with all his faults would never make a bonehead move like that. We just tied up the game, we have momentum, we have a great punter, and we get the ball to start the 2nd half. So we run 3 times and either get a first down or make them use their time outs. Dumbest thing I have ever seen.
