The FO might believe Morgan and Wimbley will be solid starters for us for a few years. They also might believe that some other Centers would fall to the 5th.

The thing that I read about him that intrigued me was his performance against Alshon Jeffery. I'm guessing the FO believes he could be a great cover corner which would be nice to have in the slot. It seems like they are definitely addressing the issue of the middle field pass zone. They've went after a guy who could man up with the TE, and they've went after a guy who could man up on the slot WR.

That's my perception of the draft so far.

I wanted Crick or Jones. Hopefully this guy changes my mind.

I have no problem with this player... a CB who runs in the 4.3's isn't going to last much longer, I don't care what the "experts" say.

I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM with the possibility, becoming more certain by the hour, that I have to watch AMANO trip over his labia all season again.

    Kind of like this guy.

It's difficult to usurp established starters in your team.

If he can return kicks and punts I immediately love this pick..

And Brewster is still on the board hopefully we pick him up next round otherwise just forget about drafting a center the rest don't impress me.

Without trying to be a "homer", I can't understand how you pick Sensabaugh over Boykin.

Size difference. Boykin is a solid cb for the slot... But maybe we don't need that and we are thinking that's verners spot since he's a bit slower. This kid is super freaking fast, high points the ball. Good back peddle and man coverage.... Sounds more like an outside guy to me.

I like this player. He has all the tools to develop into an all pro type CB.

One trend is clear from this draft... the FO likes upside.

We have DEFINATELY injected a buttload of speed to the defense with Brown and Sensebaugh.

took him 4 years to finally become the starter in his 5th year....That scares me.

Why it's everyone so stuck on drafting a Center. Does anyone think that maybe they didn't feel there was one worth drafting. There is still plenty of time to address the Center position with Free Agency and preseason cuts.
