Reinfeldt and snead..

I think it will be reinfeldt who has shown great expertise in the cap and business side of things and with snead as VP of personel we have a nice balanced team. Snead is basically reese without the baggage and reinfeldt will need a good personel guy who knows the players on this team.

That will be job one to study the existing players and titan players to become free agents. fisher will obviously play a major role here..

Snead has permission to seek employment elsewhere.

 

If Fisher is going to do personnel, all we need is a guy who can work the cap and resist the temptation to go for broke now at the expense of future years. With Vince we should be contenders for the next decade. When push comes to shove, everyone else is expendable if they get too expensive.

 

Fisher isn't going to do personnel. Why do people keep saying that. Sure, Fisher will have some say in who we sign as FAs or the draft picks but no way he is going to be doing all the leg work. Fisher at best will be a tie breaker if it comes down to a couple of players.
