Titans hope RB Shonn Greene can play

    Running back Shonn Greene practiced for the second straight day on Thursday, and coach Mike Munchak is optimistic about his chances of playing.

    Greene hasn’t played since suffering a knee injury in the opener, which required surgery on September 16. He’s missed the last four games. Still, he was limited in practice, and said himself he remained unsure about his playing status.

    “He could be a role player, so you’re looking at seeing if he can give you 15 or 20 snaps,’’ Munchak said. “We’re hoping he can (play). There’s nothing to say he can’t.”

    If shonn plays and we let cj1yd warm the bench, our chances improve. Even with Fitz F it up playing. He can just dink and dunk all day with a solid run game.
