The registration deadline for the Titans High School Coach’s Clinic has been extended to Friday.

Titans coach Mike Munchak and his staff will host the 12th annual Titans High School Coaching Clinic on June 11 at Baptist Sports Park.

In order to reserve a space, high school coaches are invited to call (615) 565-4142 to leave a voicemail with their name and where they coach. These late registrants will be allowed to pay the $30 registration fee the day of the event.

Attendees will have the opportunity to get a close-up view of Titans position coaches working with their players during one of the 10 offseason training activities (OTA) to kick off the morning.

Following the OTA and lunch, the classroom portion of the clinic will begin with Munchak addressing the group, followed by comments from defensive coordinator Jerry Gray, offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains and special teams coach Nate Kaczor.

Strength and conditioning coach Steve Watterson will address the importance of proper conditioning and hydration.

There will also be a presentation on concussion safety, as well as opportunities to talk strategy with the coaches.

Registration is set for 10:15a.m. on June 11. The $30 fee includes lunch and a give-a-way.

My high school is one of those that is in a division that makes it really easy to get to the playoffs but get totally destroyed when they get there. It goes beyond coaching, just not enough talent. This camp wouldn't help them any.
