Titans interested in hiring Gregg Williams (now hired)

Gregg Williams will be motivated to prove a lot. This is a great hire. Gray was in over his head. The two have a long working relationship. Not just in Buffalo but with the Titans/Oilers too. We all knew Gray was in over his head. Williams may not be a savior but he is at least a major upgrade.

Translation: Munchak is the head coach but Williams runs the defence. All defensive coaches, including Gray technically report to Munchak with a dotted line to Williams with the understanding that Williams is their boss.
