The Texans FO has been real good at the dog and pony show part of the PR. As far as Turncoat fans, I don't think we are losing that many. If you go to the longhorn sites there are longhorn fans that are staying loyal to their school and still hoping VY gets laid on his back by us.

Guess Vince will have to learn that one by watching Carr since he's an expert at getting laid on his back

    :)) :))

Here's an excerpt from his draft profile

Shows you what kind of decisions the Texans FO makes

And Vince Young signed his contract in crayon, so what's your point. I'm sorry Bud doesn't care about the Titans fans having a good time, but David Carr getting sacked is not the topic of THIS thread. Heck when Bud was here tailgating wasn't even allowed at the games. Bob McNair may have made numerous mistakes on the football end, but he otherwise knows how to take care of the fans. This weekend us season ticket holders are going to have one heck of a party, with players, cheerleaders and food everywhere. I guess that is the reason our season ticket waiting list is growing since Vince Young was the only player worth drafting.

What I can never understand is when you goto Texan boards they defend him with all of there hearts.

I was amazed that even w/ Reggie Bush out there they were choosing between a RB and a DE and not looking at the solid QB choices.

You can do the same thing with ANY players profile. Almost every draft mag. that prints more than a paragraph about a player will show his strengths and weaknesses. I can do the same thing with Vince.

    http://footballsfuture.com/2006/prospects/vince_young.html

    "Texas has simplified the playbook"
"Young has a long way to go as a passer at the next level"
"His mechanics are inconsistent, which leads to him to still sail or underthrow his receivers"
"forcing the ball into coverage too often"
"tends to lock on his receivers"

This is one you could really look at.

"is also much riskier than any other top prospect"

Now with all that being said by some talking head. I guess you are jumping off the Vince Young bandwagon.

No...I didn't think so. We all have faith in our players

That's right. The topic of this thread is TITAN off season events, so post your Texan draft consolation prize party info somewhere else.
