Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky The Titans are getting more snaps out of Jevon Kearse than they expected, though he hasn't posted the sack numbers some of his more optimistic backers projected.
Kearse was ecstatic to return to his original NFL home after a giant contract and four very disappointing seasons in Philadelphia.
Many fans in Tennessee, however, talked a lot about the reunion as if Kearse would return as the same player he was when he got huge free agent dollars, putting up double digit sack totals as he did in his first three NFL seasons.
He's only got a sack and a half so far this year. But as Jim Wyatt reports, the Titans are quite happy with Kearse's contribution to this point.
"I am feeling resurrected,'' Kearse said. "I don't feel any added pressure. As long as I am put in the right situation I can go out there and be me. ... I'm feeling good.''
