w/ each FA we sign I laugh harder and harder at the people that freaked out on the first day of FA.

G'job FO. Seems like their patience to give players a fair deal and let them shop it around paid off again.

Laugh at the people that freaked out once we get someone that isn't a huge risk for pennies.

Heard on the zone this morning the deal was around 5 mil per year. The next announcement will be Olsen's retirement.

Kind of glad we did something like this instead of putting all that confidence in the Harris, Amano and Loper. Good stuff, and no Jacob Bell deal, it seems.

SUMMARY: The Titans have reached an agreement with G Jake Scott for a four-year deal which will pay him an average of just under $5 million per season. The deal could become official as early as today. Scott started 55 straight games for the Colts over the past three seasons, playing alongside Pro Bowl C Jeff Saturday and in front of QB Peyton Manning. He also had received interest from Denver and Houston, among others, but began zeroing in on the Titans after the two sides initially were far apart in contract talks.

We need to see the breakdown but that is $1 mil less than what Bell received per season.
