    Wow great read. It's a real shame that politics has blocked recognition of AFL players achievements.

    I suppose it could be because of the relatively lesser years he played, though there are players in the Pro Football Hall of Fame who have played less. Some have denigrated the early AFL, as a league without as much talent... But the AFL was hugely instrumental in shaping modern football. And Charlie Hennigan was a part of its history. And a part of the Titans' history. The history of a team which had its roots in a wild proposition which defied the existing stodgy league which at that time had no interest in changing...

    I'm not really understanding why you would make the comment and he white!, Man if he is a goo or great player it shouldn't matter right? Can we please leave all the race comments alone it's 2014 I mean really!
