Titans Seventh-Round Pick (#211): Rice DE Scott Solomon

Yup. I noticed that. Also the wide 9 technique. this kid Scott is already growing on me. I checked on all our draft choices. the only one I'm unsure of is Zach Brown. it looks like he avoids contact. he absolutely can fly but often wiffs right by the runner at times. check it out and tell me what you think?

Have you seen the "non tacklers" we've drafted?

Might fit in well with the NEW Titans.

 

I'm not overly excited about the Zac Brown pick, I can see the upside though. What I'm hoping is he'll be in on nickel packages to cover the TE in passing situations.

 

I'm PRETTY sure this guy is the only "non tackler" we have drafted..I'm also pretty sure you don't lead your team with 108 tackles by being a "non tackler"

his tape might not be the best, but it's not enough say he can't tackle...as a Titans fan you should be optimistic about the pick, and wait til he actually plays a game on our team before you make such a judgement.

 

He's an LB that makes Deion Sanders look like Ray Lewis.
