Anyon know what % of time we used a FB? Wouldnt mind giving Klug a shot to be a full-time FB. High motor, character guy. Is a poor fit for the 3-4. I do like him on 3rd down, long passing situations.

No way he's a full time fb. Too big and not enough speed. Probably doesn't have the awareness either. Good for a goal line fb because he's big and only has to run straight forward. Just like Watt wouldn't make a good full time te, but useful in goal line situations.

 

If you don't think he could pull off LB you don't know football

 

He can drop weight and possibly play spot duty at Rush LB.

 

He could play LB in rush situations, but he'd be a nightmare in coverage.

 

Dude played runningback in HS pretty sure he has the awareness. Most teams fazed FBs out of there team. Thats why i asked what % we use one. One less position to worry about if you can use a combination of TEs and Klug.
