agreed, we cant have any more players around that have questionable characters

 

meriwether is dangerous... he'll do something stupid soon.

harper was a good signing but i think he's really no bettter than hill and he's 8 years older. comparing their first two seasons...

hill is alot better at this point than harper was... and we dont have the luxiery of a mathis/freeny forcing qb's to throw errant passes.

I actually think that this puts us in a definite spot to draft a DE in the first round and a WR or CB in the second. MR has already stated that we will get a vet RB on the team. So I am looking for a late round RB pick. We may even take a QB in the later rounds too. I actually forget how many picks we have this year. 8?

Now if LeRon Landry would just fall to #19 and if we can pick up a solid DE in round 2, we would be in very good shape on D.

We currently have 10 picks. Extra 4th and 2 extra 6ths.

 

I can definitely see us trading up in that case.
