DGB WAS, and I will repeat the was, WAS a project with potential. Totally looked the part. Robinson wanted a football player. DGB was traded for a washing machine because a 5th round draft pick was a better WR.

I would agree DGB probably has better POTENTIAL, but so far he has kept all that potential pretty real invisible

 

Webster coulda got at least a second for kw at that point in time. 2nd>>>>>jelly

Wright was coming off a 1079 yd 2TD season in 2013...94 rec was nice but everything else was nothing special...no way we would've got a 2nd for him.

 

So? We draft 2nd round busts all the time, I doubt it would have been different with whoever Webster would have taken.

 

Since the start of the Fisher era we have done better with 4th and 5th round picks than with 2nds and 3rds.
