yay. Now maybe he will want his number back and Henry can take 27.

On a serious note theres no way he will win the starting job. I actually really like this because.... Chris had all the potential in the world to be a great back but he will be an even better change of pace back for us.

Chicago or Tennessee I think he would chose Chicago.

Brown is good until he gets injured. Why not hope he gets us through some tough games. He helped us out last season when we needed him. Even after he was dogged and did not see touches for games on end.

It's not like we have any other RB beating down the door. If he can show spurts of his first seasons here he could help our O.

Why does bringing back Chris Brown sound like a good idea to me?

CB has no where else to go,
or he would have already left.

Titans have nothing to lose to give him another chance.

I'm guessing he goes to Chicago..
If not, props to the dude for not taking his benching for requesting a trade personal.

Its funny and i guess a sign of desperation when we're on CB's "give me time to decide" list instead of the other way around.

I guess the only thing to do if it doesn't work out is to look into trading a day one draft pick for any other vet RB who might provide us with similar results.

Titans Want Brown Signed by Tuesday

SUMMARY: Titans GM Mike Reinfeldt continues with discussions with agents for RB Chris Brown and wants a deal completed by Tuesday. β€œIt would behoove both sides to have it done before then,” Reinfeldt said. According to his agent, Brown is only considering the Titans and Bears at this point. Chicago is his home town where he now spends much of his time. Brown started 25 of 26 games for the Titans in 2004 and 2005, recording six 100-yard games and his first 1,000-yard season in his second year. β€œI think this is the best place for him," Reinfeldt said. "Hopefully he will see it that way, too.”

    avg RBs are plentiful.

CB has had his shot and blew it.

Time to move on, too bad the Titans are apparently willing to revisit past failures like CB.
