If he hasn't made significant progress next season I could see a change.

Guys are coming into the league and going to the playoffs, setting records... not throwing balls in the dirt and five yards behind receivers.

Apologists made a lot of the same excuses for David Carr. I just don't think Locker has what it takes. It's laughable that he was considered to be 2010's possible #1 draft pick.

Locker is the QB in one of the Titans darkest ever years... and he's not doing anything to change it.
