I only know TtWS's big hits from the early 90's but those are pretty good songs imo. No idea who the Toadies are.

Actually just looked up Toadies on spotify. I do know that Possum Kingdom song but nothing else. I'll still take TtWS.

Wow.. Toadies blew up the FM for a few years..
At least three other hits besides Possum Kingdom.

    Where were you guys?
The shame of letting that Muzak band win. The shame be upon you...

Man, I loved Toad back in high school. They came to Huntsville in '94 and some friends and I went to see them. They played at UAH, in the gym. It was a pretty small and intimate show.

Anyway, Milla Jovavich opened up for them. No one really knew her except for her brief appearance in "Dazed and Confused." She started playing this crappy hippy-drippy stuff that no one wanted to hear. I grabbed up some fliers and wadded them up and started throwing them at her, yelling to her that she sucked and to get off the stage. Suddenly, everyone was throwing paper and yelling at her. She stopped in the middle of a song, looked directly at me, flipped me the bird, and said, "F you, you d*ck!"

It was terribly immature of me and something I regret doing. However, I can say that Milla Jovavich noticed me and spoke directly to me. Props to her for continuing with her set. And Toad was great.
