As for positions for the first round for the Titans I would say:

    QB -- 0%
    RB -- 0%
    WR -- Good chance
TE -- Possibly as Walker is getting old though not likely with the high pick
    OG/C -- High probability :troll: --
seriously, there is a chance we go with one with the low pick.
OT -- Definitely not unless they plan to use the OT as an OG
DL -- We are very deep and young here so highly unlikely unless there is someone they really like
OLB -- Strong here and unless they have given up on Dodd it is also highly unlikely unless there is someone they really really like
ILB -- Very likely, Williamson is a solid but limited ILB. Would be good to get a speed/coverage guy to pair with him and let Williamson be the brains and thumper. The Woodyard/Spence rotation is just a holdover, or it should be
CB -- Biggest need, at least one of the first rounders needs to be a CB
S -- Not likely unless they see someone they really really like or are not convinced on Byard. However, they seem to really like Byard as he is getting the most FS snaps ATM and has a lot of room to grow. Searcy is still young and locked up another two years. While he is overpaid he is certainly good enough.

We sorely missed Spence in the KC game. They were killing us with a couple route combos. Rb Wheel/Curl and Rb flat/Slant.

We just stared at them overload the zones and couldn't stop it

Major agreed. Would rather not spend another 1st on a G tho.

    Cb, ILB, Wr.

Take the Rams pick and trade down to the 12-16 range. Take the Cb. Pick the WR at 18-20. Take the second we recouped from the trade down and the Rams third and move back up to the early second or late first and get the LB or whichever of the three we are still lacking

My ideal scenario is first off what you said, trade down. But this corner class is really deep so waiting until the 2nd round is not a bad option. Reuben Foster with the Rams pick, John Ross or Corey Davis with our pick, and then best Corner available with the 2nd rounder.

This is fun I'd change a few things tho.

I don't think RB is 0% if we think Fournette or Cook is the next AP/Charles. Would be funny to see the board meltdown. Probably like 5%. Seems like our first pick is in the range of where Fournette/Cook would go.

I could see DL/EDGE. Lot of edge talent this draft. Doesn't mean we have given up on Dodd. more likely mean we have given up on Bass. Wallace can play OLB or ILB. I could easily see an Allen or McDowell pick though. We're deep but no real studs besides Casey.

I could see a safety. Lot of people are high on Adams. Byard can play SS or FS... to me he seems more like an in-the-box safety now which is surprising compared to initial expectations. Wish Hooker would come out.

Agree with the guard stuff. Especially if we trade down.

that's how I see the Titans spending the 2 firsts & 2 thirds. No particular order. But those 4 positions.

I thinjust a good comparison is maybe Su'a Cravens-Byron Jones mix? I trust LeBeau to put him in a position to succeed. Can blitz, solid run defender, but can lineup in the slot v TEs.

Cravens went mid second round. I'm not sold Peppers can consistently cover in man.

Baker does these same things imo

I would like the Titans to sign WR Jeffery then in the draft go defense and get a top TE.

Alshon Jeffrey has to be one of the oldest 26yr olds in football from all the soft tissue injuries he's accrued over his short career. I'm not paying big money to an injury prone WR. He's on the injury report more often than not coupled with his recent PED violation which will be longer than 4 games if it happens again is a gamble.
