That's fine, I prefer a trade with NYJ or CLE.

    6, 37, & 16 1st
    12, 19, & 16 1st

Give me one of the two & I'll be happy.

According to ESPN New York's Rich Cimini, the "latest buzz in league circles" is the Jets would pass on Marcus Mariota if he lasted until the No. 6 pick.

The Jets seem all set to go with Geno Smith behind Chan Gailey favorite Ryan Fitzpatrick. Cimini concedes "chances are, it won't matter" that the Jets would pass on Mariota because he's likely to go at the No. 2 overall pick.

Why would the Jets at 6 give us their 2nd rnd pick in 2015 and a first in 2016 but you have the Falcons giving us a lower first rnd pick (8), 3rd rnd pick in 2015 and a 2016 first rnd pick?

Does anyone think the Saints could be a dark horse to trade up for Mariota? They claim they want to fix the defense, but they also have another concern. A 36 year old quarterback with arm strength questions.

They hold the #13 pick as well as #31.

Could be a perfect situation for Mariota to learn behind a vet like Brees for 2-3 years.

Early on they were mentioned as being interested but not much lately. They have two 3rd round picks this year as well.
Obviously the Browns 12 and 19 is better for us but if they are not willing to do that. Maybe we could package 31 and 33 to move up if someone drops we like??

So we all want the RG3 deal if we can get it, but saying it doesn't happen what is the minimum deal you would take to move out from the #2 spot.

I'd move down to #6 for just the Jets 1st rnder next yr.

I'd move down to #12 for just the Browns 2nd this yr and 1st next yr.

I'd move down to #20 for just the Eagles 2nd this yr, 1st and 3rd next yr, Cox and Kendricks

If I don't get that for a minimum then I take Mariota and open up the QB competition.

all depends where we'd land with the trade partners #1 pick. I'd be happy with 110% of the trade value chart equivalent if we land 6-10; 120% if we land 11-15 and 130% if we land 16-20.

Your minimun is set pretty low

Your Jets trade point value is Titans 2600 > Jets 2120 I would a combination of picks 2-4 this year as well

Browns Titans 2600 > 2120 Would also need more compensation

Eagles Titans 2600 > 1780 even throwing in Cox (3-4 end not as important in the defense) and Kendricks (who faces compeition Brown, Avery, Woodyard) is lacking value

I already mentioned this in another thread but we have this from just last year...

The Browns got a first and fourth-round pick for allowing the Bills to trade up just five spots in the first round last draft. That first-rounder became a #19 in this draft.

Packaging the #12 and #19 this year, and a first-rounder next season, isn't enough, IMO. I think it would take a first-rounder in 2017 and/or possibly a couple of second-rounders.

BTW, the Browns can grab a top WR by going up just a few spots. I don't see them going for Mariota at #2 and giving up on Manziel after one season. They'll be looking to add more WR talent.
