Anyone else notice how the weather was so nice, then Steve died, and it got a whole lot darker and has been raining and storming on and off since?

I'm not supersticious, but it crossed my mind.

SMFH...As a kid Steve was one of the first football cards I got out of a pack. The Fleer Ultra with him in his Alcorn State uni and I swore up and down I just knew he would be great one day. The two of the first jerseys I ever bought with my own money in high school were the white oilers #9 and the the white oilers #27 because I liked those players. Me and Steve have the same first name and as a kid that was another cool thing about supporting him.

Im a chargers fan and on everything I love Steve was the first QB i watched from rookie to retirement and was always a fan wherever he went. He embodied alot of the things I wanted in a QB for my team. Long in short I was his biggest non-fanbase fan and personally this sh*t SUCKS.

I know the circumstances were disagreeable but f*ck that, he didnt deserve this by any means in my mind. So I can imagine how y'all feel about this. My condolences go to his family, his friends, and his fans such as y'all. He kept me entertained through the down years the chargers experienced so I kinda latched onto the Oilers/Titans in a way.

I can only imagine how VY is taking this since they were so close. Hopefully this will inspire him more to be the leader Steve was and do your organization some good. Steve was truly incredible and for those that never really got to watch him grow before us over the years, i hate to say it but you missed out on something special.

    R.I.P. Air McNair :hmm:

I didn't watch tv or listen to the radio at all yesterday.. I'm just finding this out and it feels like I was hit by a ton of bricks...Steve was my favorite football player of all time. I can't believe it. I'm so sad. RIP Air McNair...you will be missed.
