Is it even a battle? I thought it was pretty clear it was Davis when they drafted him?

 

Really? Why? Roydel Williams at this point has been the most impressive receiver in OTA's, so why would Davis (who we've heard nothing about so far) be the given choice?
Roydell. He's a burner too, so lining him up on a nickelback would be good for him.

 

Davis is just a rookie. He may fit what they want, but that doesn't mean he'll win the job.

 

You hope Davis fits the role perfectly. Fisher leans towards vets. The vet that probably fits the role best is Roby. I'll guess Roby.

We'll probably see a lot of these starter positions change throughout the season.

 

I am up in the air on this one. I actually do not know enough about our rookies.

 

This needs to be multiple choise, if Roydell and Paul Williams arent perfect fits then idk whats good at slot

 

My guess is that we put our best receivers out there, and our Fo obviously thought Paul Williams was better than Davis. We know Roydell is. So I don't know how much of a chance Davis has this season.

 

Davis sure has gotten a lot of buzz, especially for a rookie who was not the first WR we took in this draft. I think/hope Roby or Roydell will step up and at least be able to stay in the slot.

 

We may see Roby, Williams and Jones all on the field at one time IMO with P. Williams, Davis and Gage being the 2nd tier guys. At least I hope Roby can beat out a rookie considering he was a 3rd round pick and has been on the team three years. I'm not as high on Gage as I am on Williams. I'm not sure where P. Willaims is going to fit in but we know he has to be in the mix as a 3rd rounder. That means the Titans keep 6 WRs which means if Gage or Roby don't really show something in pre-season one of them might get cut.
