Add Ray Donovan.

 

Is it back on now? Didn't realize that. I liked the first season.

 

Hard to judge something that will only be 1 season vs something that was on for 5 seasons. I would say True Detective has been as good to me as any individual season of Breaking Bad. But that's to say they were both excellent.

I dunno True Detective may stand out more to me. Have to see how it ends though.

 

The guy that plays him, Manuel Bennett, has done a fantastic job.

 

I totally agree. I saw the first couple of episodes of Breaking Bad when it first aired and then dropped it. I have then re-watched it his winter after it ended and it's a lot better, when the story continues.

Breaking Bad season 1 is miles away from current shows like True Detective, House of Cards, Homeland (season 1, the quality has dropped since then).

 

Oh, I was just suggesting it. Probably won't be back until September.

 

I think it had a weird season last year. It might be back sooner

 

Oh ok I was just listing shows that are currently airing.

Otherwise I could add several more, with Game of Thrones topping the list.

 

OH yeah I know, it's just hard to consider it to be the same show considering next season will be brand new story and brand new characters, and I assume Woody and Matthew are not involved at all? Or will they produce next season?
