Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky Hurricane Ike turned Houston's focus to all kinds of things significantly more important that football this weekend, and it gave the Texans an unscheduled Sunday off in Week 2.
The schedule has been shuffled, and the most winnable game on Houston's early schedule has been pushed back. The Texans will now host the Ravens on Nov. 9.
Richard Justice says the time will come when the city's teams are needed to give citizens something to rally around, but it's too soon to say when that time will arrive.
When the Texans reassemble, they'll focus on back-to-back road games in the division: Sunday at Tennessee and Sept. 28 at Jacksonville.
It's too early to say if Reliant Stadium will be ready for an Oct. 5 game against the Colts - the first of four home games in a row on the post-hurricane schedule. It's too early to know if time and resources should be, or can be, spent to make it ready when so many other things may require attention first.

Why? They can begin scouting potential number 1 picks.
